Sunburst Environmental Services provides lawn maintenance services to condominium associations, businesses and select residences that require season long maintenance. Our focus is to provide lawn maintenance services at a level of quality and cost which creates a mutually beneficial long term relationship with our clients.
All pricing is flexible depending upon the required services and expectations. Any negotiated costs must be mutually beneficial with an adequate budget to perform services. Whenever possible we will seek to provide the most cost effective solution to any situation that may arise without sacrificing quality.
All services are performed under contract and pricing is determined by the requirements of seasonal contract (April 1-Dec 1) can include:
- Spring clean up with offsite debris removal if required
- Lawn weed control utilizing commercial grade granular and spray applications.*
- Bed weed control utilizing pre-emergent granular and/or spraying with selective or non
selective spray formulas.*
- Hard surface weed control using nonselective herbicide spray formulas.
- Mowing every 7-10 days depending on turf growth due to weather conditions
- Trimming along hard surfaces after each mowing or as required due to actual turf growth.
- Blowing of trimming and cutting off hard surfaces
- Shearing (shaping) of shrubs with offsite debris removal if necessary
- Fall clean up with offsite debris removal if required
- Fall cut back of select shrubs and perennials
Mechanical edging which is rarely needed if regular trimming occurs is to be performed on separate contract. Deadwood removal, tree pruning, shrub regeneration and selective pruning is to be performed on separate contract.
Factors that determine costs of Lawn Maintenance:
- Amount of grass, frequency of mowing and
number of cuttings per season.
- Applications of granular 2, 3 or 4
applications.*
- Spray applications grass and beds.*
- Pruning frequency and timing required.
